A Congo tin mine project has been in preparation for more than 3 months, and after speaking with the customer, we discovered that the customer wants a simple beneficiation plant. Customized beneficiation plans have been developed for the customer, including a crusher and roller breaker, a jig machine, a shaking table, and an electromagnetic separator with a three-disc electromagnetic separator.

Gravity separation and electromagnetic separation are used in this concentrator. In order to produce tin concentrate use a tin ore beneficiation plant, raw ore is crushed to 200mm and then ground to 200 mesh by closed-circuit grinding, comprising 60-65%. An electromagnetic separator is used to separate minerals.

We have a very strict management system for each project, and one person will be responsible for it from start to finish. This allows the whole process to run smoothly.
