In March 2024. we received a sample of ore from an Indonesian client, referred to us through a customer introduction. After our engineers conducted assay testing, the ore was found to contain 18-22 grams of gold per ton. Following this confirmation, we engaged in multiple ore selection experiments and in-depth discussions with the client to understand their daily mining output, which ranged between 200 to 250 tons. This ensured that we could provide a solution tailored to their specific needs.
As the collaboration progressed, in May 2024. the Indonesian client visited our factory to conduct a detailed inspection of our equipment production line. They expressed strong interest in our proposed solution: a carbon slurry processing plant capable of handling 300 tons of ore per day, with an expected recovery rate of 85.33%. Our equipment primarily includes vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, ball mills, spiral classifiers, ore mixing barrels, and flotation machines. These tools will provide the client with an efficient and reliable ore processing solution.
Our philosophy is to deliver maximum benefits to our clients with minimal investment, aiming for long-term and stable cooperation. Currently, the equipment is in transit, and once it arrives on-site, our engineers will be present to guide the progress of the project, ensuring the smooth installation and operation of the equipment. The project is expected to be completed in 50 days. We are looking forward to the successful completion and operation of our ore processing plant, bringing added value to our client.
