The new environmentally friendly gold immersion agent from JIN CHAN has been industrially applied in the cyanide leaching plant of the Wenyu gold mine in Lingbao, Henan. Especially in the extraction of valuable elements such as gold. The gold content of the project is 9 grams per ton, and the inorganic carbon content is 10.94%. The biggest advantage of this project lies in meeting environmental standards, including the use of JIN CHAN’s environmentally friendly gold leaching agent instead of sodium cyanide. This method not only ensures the efficient extraction of gold, but also minimizes the impact of the beneficiation process on the environment.
When the fineness of grinding is -0.074mm, the content is more than 90%, the pulp concentration is 40%, the lime dosage is 3kg/t, the alkali pretreatment time is 2 hours, the dosage of JIN CHAN environmental protection gold extraction agent is 600g/t, and the leaching time is 24 hours, the gold leaching rate can reach 95.60%. Compared with cyanide leaching, the leaching rate was increased by 1.4%, the dosage was reduced by 200g/ ton, and the leaching time was shortened by more than 12 hours. In addition, the leaching toxicity analysis of the leaching residue of JIN CHAN environmental protection gold extraction agent was carried out. The results showed that the leaching toxicity values of cyanide, copper, lead, zinc and arsenic in the tailings were all within the national standard limits, and they could be discharged directly without non-toxic treatment.
The key factor for the success of all lime cyanide project is the use of JIN CHAN environmentally friendly gold leaching agent. JIN CHAN leaching agent uses a four-stage leaching and five-stage absorption process to ensure that the gold leaching effect is not affected even if the inorganic carbon content is present. Compared with cyanide leaching process, the leaching rate can be increased by 1.4%, the consumption of reagents per ton is reduced by 200 grams, the leaching time is shortened by more than 12 hours, the leaching effect is good, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
