Magnetite and hematite are the main iron minerals in raw iron, the iron ore is uneven in thickness, and quartz is the gangue mineral. As a result of a thorough analysis of raw ore properties, Dasen mining adopted a two-stage grinding flow followed by gravity magnetic reverse flotation. Approximately 60% of coarse-grained concentrate and tailings can be obtained after one grinding. With a gravity separation process, the coarse-grained concentrate can be separated in time, coarse-grained tailings can be discarded, and fine-grained tailings can be used for reverse flotation.

Hematite beneficiation process flows can be designed according to specific ore properties by Tuxingsun Mining. Additionally, the company can provide supporting equipment for hematite beneficiation to ensure that the production line meets the standards and reaches its capacity.

Economic rationality and advanced technology are two characteristics of the process.
